My User Name and Password doesn't work.
I forgot my password! What Do I do?
Will the Institution that granted me access be able to see my scores?
I Lost Connection to the internet in the middle of the test. What Do I do?

Q: My User Name and Password doesn't work.
A: Your User Name and Password are case sensitive. If you have tried several times, request your password be sent to you by selecting the I Forgot My Password Link.

Q: I forgot my password! What Do I do?
A: select the link at the bottom right of the main page that says "I Forgot My Password", enter your username, answer the security question and submit button. Your password will be emailed to you.

Q: Will the Institution that granted me access be able to see my scores?
A: Yes. They will be able to see your scores once you have completed the Pre-Screener.

Q: I Lost Connection to the internet in the middle of the test. What Do I do?
A: Log back into your account and go to the My Haberman Link. Click on the link that says "Finish Evaluation # ......."
